Our Sauvignon Blanc does not leave anyone indifferent. It is the perfect combination between the tropical scent of this variety and a unique personal touch, opting for a particular fermentation. The result is a bright and bodied wine, with pronounced taste and great personality. A wine full of side notes.

We present this single-variety wine briefly aged, with intense and vivid colour. Quiet and steady fermentation at low temperature, which enables extracting aromas of ripened red fruits. Aged in barrel for a smooth taste in mouth, noticing the body and youth.
