Viñasoro Verdejo 2014

From the Verdejo variety, this grape type is very aromatic and produces singular white wines when performing a pre-fermentation maceration, also known as cold soak. The process includes removing stems, leaves or other vegetal parts and disgorging processes in order to work only with clean must.
The fermentation temperature is controlled at 18 Celsius degrees in order to improve the fruity aromas. Then, a cleaning process is performed using centrifugal filtration and soft filtration to produce a clean wine.

- Coupage: 100% Verdejo
- Alcohol content: 12% Vol.

Tasting notes:

- COLOUR: Greenish yellow color, with silver hightlights, clean and translucent.
- IN THE NOSE: Citrus and Green Apple touches.
- MOUTHFEEL: Intense balanced bitterness.

Marriage:

Perfect with cold dishes like soups and vegetables as well as with cold starters such as creamy and aged cheeses. Serve cold, between 8 and 10 Celsius degrees.
